By accessing or using Striva.io (the “Website”) or any related services provided by Striva, LLC (“Striva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), all applicable laws, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access our Website or Services.

2. Services Overview

Striva provides software services (SaaS) designed for portable sanitation and related field service businesses. Our Services include, but are not limited to, customer management, scheduling, communication tools, and marketing automation.

We do not act as an intermediary between our clients and their customers. All billing and client-customer financial transactions are managed directly by our clients through their own accounts.

3. Use License

a. Striva grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Website and Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

b. Under this license, you may not:
i. Modify, copy, or resell the materials;
ii. Use the materials for any public display or resale;
iii. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the Service’s software;
iv. Remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or
v. Transfer your account or content to another party without our written consent.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

4. Demo and Sub-Account Access

Striva may provide demo or sub-account access for evaluation or training purposes. Demo data is temporary and may be deleted or modified without notice. We make no guarantees regarding backup, retention, or accuracy of demo content.

5. Subscription Billing and Refunds

Access to Striva’s Services requires a subscription. Billing is managed by each client directly through their chosen payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial months of service, setup fees, or unused time.

Cancellations: You may cancel anytime. Service access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

6. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use our Services at your own risk.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Striva, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Website or Services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
